Use the instructions below to request deletion of data associated with a BulkMessageWala business workspace.

Contact BulkMessageWala support from the business that owns the workspace and request account or workspace data deletion.
- 1Contact support
Call 6264544290 and state that you want to request data deletion.
- 2Identify the workspace
Provide the business name and the messaging phone number associated with the workspace. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
- 3Verify authority
We may ask for reasonable information to confirm that the request comes from an authorized business representative.
- 4Deletion processing
After verification, data that is eligible for deletion will be removed from the active service. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, backups, dispute handling or legal obligations.
Deleting data from BulkMessageWala does not automatically delete information independently held by Meta or another connected messaging provider. Requests concerning provider-held data must also follow that provider's applicable account and privacy processes.
BulkMessageWala is an independent service and integrates with third-party business messaging services. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or any messaging platform provider.
