1. Use of the service
You may use BulkMessageWala only for lawful business communications and only with accounts, phone numbers, contacts and business messaging assets that you are authorized to use.
2. Messaging platform compliance
You are responsible for complying with Meta and other applicable business messaging platform requirements, including consent, template, messaging, commerce and acceptable-use policies. The service does not guarantee that Meta will approve a template, message, phone number, business account or application.
3. Account and credential responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details and messaging API credentials confidential, maintaining appropriate access for your team and promptly removing users who should no longer have access.
4. Contacts and messaging consent
You must have a valid lawful basis and any required consent before uploading contacts or sending marketing or other business messages. You must honor opt-outs and other recipient rights that apply to your communications.
5. Charges from Meta or other providers
Meta or other messaging-platform fees, telecom charges and other third-party costs associated with your own business accounts are separate from any fee charged for this software unless a written agreement explicitly says otherwise.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Availability may be affected by hosting, internet connectivity, Meta APIs, account restrictions, maintenance or events outside our control.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful content, unauthorized access, credential theft, evasion of platform restrictions or activity that violates applicable law or third-party platform policies.
8. Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, or when there is material misuse, non-payment under an applicable agreement or violation of these terms.
9. Limitation and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of specific campaign results, message delivery, account approval or uninterrupted third-party API operation. Each business remains responsible for its messaging content, recipients and regulatory obligations.
